My name is Zac, and I’m currently spending my gap year studying at Tel Aviv University. Coming to the end of HSC, I knew that I wanted to go spend time overseas, gain some independence, live in a different country, and be with my mates. However, the issue for me was that I didn’t really want to be part of a set Israel Program, as I wanted the freedom to do what I wanted while making the most of my gap year. So as a result, I came across the Tel Aviv University ‘Entrepreneurship, Business and Innovation’ Spring Semester course.
So at the moment, I’m living on campus at Tel Aviv University, and could not be happier with my decision. I’ve made sure I will be getting a lot out of my gap year, studying and learning about topics I’m interested in, but at the same I have the freedom to do some extra-curricular stuff as well. I’m also doing an internship in Israel with OurCrowd which is pretty awesome as well!
